Prime dates can fill quickly, so we recommend securing your venue at least six months ahead for larger gatherings and three months for smaller events. However, we’re skilled at accommodating shorter timelines whenever possible.

Absolutely! After learning about your event, we can schedule guided walk-throughs so you can experience each space’s layout, ambiance, and amenities firsthand.

There is a 25% fee up front to book the date(s), and the remainder is due 30 days prior to the event date. We accept checks and Venmo!

We have several ways to accommodate your party!  With a sweetheart table for the bride and groom, with a combination of round and rectangular tables, we can fit 144 guests inside with a dance floor.  With a full bridal party head table, inside will hold 120-128 with a dance floor. Outside, we have space on the covered patio for an additional 64 guests.

We do offer linen services at $8 a table.  We place the tablecloths on prior to your arrival, and ask that you leave them on the table when you depart.  No need to pick them up at a rental center and return, let us do that for you!  We have white and black and a few other colors.

Yes!!  For just $25 per person, we will provide a brunch service to the bridal suite at 10:30am with fresh fruits, assorted pastries and bagels, and a selection of homemade egg delights per your order. Along with the food, we will provide water, coffee and juices, ice, and all the servingware. You don’t need to bring anything!

No, not directly.  We feel we can offer more freedom to our hosts by allowing them to select their caterers according to their taste and budget.  We do ask that you hire a bar service to run your bar.  We do not have a liquor license, and request you hire a professional service that does.  It's for your protection as they will properly handle the quantity, and monitor the guest consumption, as well as follow all your instruction.  We've primarily used one service who knows our venue well.  They will bring in all your requests, leaving you with no concerns!  We have a list of preferred vendors we can send you, but you have no obligation to use them.
